03 / How we work

Control the rollout.
Respect the site.

The same method across the program. The judgment to handle what changes at each location. Explore the five phases of M60 field execution.

The handoff matters

A finished site.
A usable record.

We define the closeout with you before work starts, so the field team captures what your program actually needs.

  • Before-and-after photo documentation
  • Asset details and serial capture, as scoped
  • Installation and testing records
  • Exceptions, punch items, and resolution status
  • Site sign-off and packaged handoff

Practical questions

Before the
first site.

Can M60 support an existing national contractor?

Yes. M60 can work as the field execution partner for a prime contractor, integrator, equipment provider, or program manager. Scope, communication, and documentation are aligned to the program you are already running.

Can you step into a rollout already underway?

We can review an active program for additional field capacity, follow-up work, surveys, or a defined region. Share the remaining site list, scope, schedule, and current exceptions so we can assess the right support.

How are electrical and other trade dependencies handled?

We identify the dependencies during scoping and readiness review. Any work requiring a specific license or authorization is assigned and coordinated according to the project and jurisdiction before crews mobilize.

What do you need to scope a program?

A scope or installation guide, estimated site count and regions, equipment details, target dates, access windows, and expected closeout. An incomplete brief is fine—we can use a survey or pilot to resolve the unknowns.
